Dint work at all, i have been taking the tablets for 2 months hoping something change , i had some diet with and exercise, not massive but every day, i didn't loose any weight at all i did not notice any other support, tablets arrive quick no issue taking them but for the money you pay no results that's not good. Unfortunately i am very disappointed

I was first doubtful
