I was initially concerned that the fantastic sabers I ordered for my kids as a New Year's gift might arrive late due to the notorious customs and postal service in my country. However, shipped via FedEx, the sabers arrived incredibly quickly, and I'm still in awe!
So it takes 2 weeks to ship an order and 2 weeks to get the order, customer service doesnt answer any emails. Requested refund on top of that they ship with DHL terrible... I ordered mine on the 20th and have yet to receive a tracking numberUpdate the owner reached out to me and informed me they had a inventory discrepancy and they didnt have what I wanted so he drop shipped me next day air a light saber so I would have one for my party, I was told to send it back once mine has come in, but I may end up keeping the lightsaber they sent me as its very flashy and its almost like it was hand picked for me. I was astounded the turn around for support and service! Only keeping 4 stars due to the inventory discrepancy.
I ordered a lightsaber for hallowen on 10/14(paid transport coverage fee as well)I still have not received my order, I am unable to file a claim for a replacement as the portal is telling my order is still being fulfilled. I have reached out to support several times but to no avail. This is not a good 1st experience at all
