I received an email on November 17 stating my order was on its way. Now it’s December 28, and I still haven’t received anything. The tracking system is unavailable, and the website is no longer accessible. This feels like a scam. I’ve reached out via email, but there’s been no response. It’s incredibly frustrating.

This is false advertising. The sweaters are made of polyester, not wool, and are poorly constructed in China, not Iceland. Some seams and necklines were defective. I was offered a partial refund, but it hasn't been processed. Shipping took over three weeks, and returns have to be paid for by the customer, TO CHINA!
I ordered what I believed to be a high-quality Icelandic sweater. Instead, I received a flimsy sweater without tags. I have emailed the company three times trying to return it and get a refund, but so far, I’ve received NO RESPONSE.
0 Stars - SCAM AND DECEPTION! These are NOT wool, NOT Icelandic. The website claims "Classic Icelandic Wool Sweater," but these are NOT handmade, not Icelandic, and definitely not wool. They are poorly sewn polyester made in China. Don’t waste your money on this scam. SHAMEFUL! I purchased four and will be returning all of them, regrettably covering the return shipping due to their lies. RETURNING! Karma will always catch up with you!
If I could give this company a zero star rating, I absolutely would. They are a scam. The sweaters are poorly made from acrylic material. There’s a noticeable line in the middle that looks like a mistake. When I reached out, they offered a 15% refund. I declined and requested a return, but they instead offered a 20% refund. I refused again and was given an address in China for returns, with the requirement to pay for shipping myself. I had no faith they would refund me, so I chose not to return it. They also falsely advertise their story, claiming to be a couple who started the business after the husband passed away, which is just unbelievable.
