My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The sweaters look nothing like the images on their website. The knit is very open and loosely stitched, resembling a decorative layer rather than a functional sweater. They are thin and offer no warmth. The sleeves are oversized and oddly shaped. The description claims a wool blend, but they are actually 100% polyester. When I contacted customer service, they ignored their own thirty-day money-back guarantee with free returns. Instead, they pushed for partial refunds and insisted I pay for return shipping. I had to repeatedly point out their own policy. The product is misleading; what I received was nothing like what was advertised. Buyer beware.
this “company” uses AI images and false information to trick a buyer into thinking the sweaters purchased will be authentic Icelandic hand knit wool sweaters. It’s a scam. The garments are cheap, mass made machine quality. The color and designs are stamped on thin polyester fabric. They advised via email that I could return, but there is no response to my subsequent emails and no phone number to call. Package took over two weeks to arrive with no return address. There are a few reviews here that appear staged as well. Beware!
