⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently placed an order with Saffron Alley and wanted to share my experience.There was an issue with one of the meat packs in my order where the vacuum seal had loosened during transit. I contacted customer service to clarify the situation, and I was very impressed with how professionally it was handled.Christopher David responded promptly, provided clear explanations, and took my concern seriously. After reviewing the photos I shared, they advised me not to consume the affected pack and immediately issued a £14 gift card as a goodwill gesture. The communication throughout was polite, transparent, and reassuring.While issues can occasionally happen during delivery, what really matters is how a company resolves them — and in this case, Saffron Alley demonstrated excellent customer service and accountability.Thank you again to Christopher for the support. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
My first time ordering from Saffron Alley and their customer service is amazing. Due to my local DPD depot failing to deliver my order, Nazeem in customer services dealt with my enquiry with the up most profession, priority, swiftness and empathy. A solution was offered and put into action very quickly and I received my order which I am truly grateful for. A massive thank you to Nazeem and much deserved appreciation for your help in this matter. My delivery arrived fresh and chilled in protective packaging and ice packs. Everything was clearly labeled and vacuum sealed. I ordered some mixed lamb boneless and boned which tasted delicious and extremely tender. I have several different cuts of beef steak to try, the quality of them all looks amazing.I look forward to placing another order soon and I would highly recommend Saffron Alley for both customer service and quality products.
I have been using Saffron Alley for a couple of months now, and honestly the meat is of the highest quality, truly outstanding! The ordering process is easy and considering the quality of the produce the prices are very reasonable in my opinion. Also high 5 to my delivery driver at DPD who brings my meat order, bang on time week after week, I can set my clock by him! I'm a very satisfied customer.
