Fast delivery, great product and well priced. The foot strength gained whilst wearing these shoes is so impressive I have purchased 3 more pairs. Just love these and don’t look daft like 5 finger shoes.
These boots are incredibly comfortable once you choose the right size (I highly suggest going a size up). I faced some difficulties with the support team while trying to get a replacement, but after some communication, they resolved the issue and sent out a new pair without requiring the return of the original ones.
I received two pairs of shoes in just 10 days, but the quality was mediocre and the toe area was too narrow. I emailed the support team and then went on vacation; meanwhile, the other pair arrived while I was away for two weeks. Now, I'm left with three out of four pairs of shoes that I didn't want. I only kept one, even though it was of low quality, because I needed a boot for the snow in Chicago.

They're cozy, warm, and made from durable material, so I expect them to hold up well. I'm particularly thankful that this company caters to those of us with larger sizes, as finding stylish boots can be challenging! 😊
I purchased shoes and winter boots, but neither met my expectations for the price and they were too small. I was offered a partial refund on my credit card while keeping the shoes, which I intended to gift to someone who would fit them. However, instead of refunding my card, the company issued two gift cards and has not responded to my numerous inquiries about returning them.
Amazing Customer Service & Incredible Barefoot Feel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I bought a pair of Saguaro barefoot shoes about 4 months ago, but unfortunately, they were too small. I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size, but it was sold out until recently. I reached out to customer support to ask if I could switch to a different pair instead. Even though my request was originally made a long time ago, they were incredibly understanding and helpful.They told me to simply send back my original pair and choose any model I wanted for the exchange—no hassle at all. I sent mine back, and the same day I received a tracking number for my new shoes! On top of that, I got a refund and a voucher. Absolutely amazing experience!The shoes themselves are fantastic—super comfortable and truly give that barefoot feeling, as if you’re walking naturally without shoes. I will definitely be buying from Saguaro again. Highly recommend both the product and the company!
Sadly, I’ll never purchase from Saguaro again after a nightmare experience that remains unresolved since August 2025. I’ve been waiting for a final response from them before submitting all my evidence to try and recover my money, but it seems they’ve stopped replying altogether. I’ll be sharing the full story here soon. Children's barefoot shoes are not cheap and I feel shocked and conned.
