If there was a 0 rating, that is what I would give this company. They are totally useless with communicating to their customers. Their customer service is nonexistent. They rely exclusively an AI generated responses, which tell you nothing. I have waited 9 days for an answer from them regarding the incorrect product I received . And I am still waiting.

Unfortunately, I also bought their Bluetooth under the pillow speaker. It has been delivered without the charge cable, which means it’s totally useless as it can’t be recharged. I have sent them now three emails regarding this mess and still waiting for a reply. Never again will I buy from this company stay away from them at all costs

Disappointed with the Santa Claus Door Sticker

I bought the Santa Claus Door Sticker, and it arrived nothing like what was shown in the advertisement—total disappointment! Be cautious when buying from this site. I can't understand how they manage to make their ads look appealing, but the product you actually get is far from it!

Too low for comfort

I purchased the folding canvas stool. It works fine, but it’s too low for me to sit on comfortably or to get back up. It might be suitable for someone older looking for a rest while hiking, but not for me.

Cancelled order but still shipped...

I mistakenly ordered a balance platform and canceled within 10 minutes. I received an auto response offering a discount to keep it. I replied asking to cancel, but the next day I was notified it had shipped. Like others, I believe this company is a scam and I reported them to my credit card company. Lesson learned.

Not what was promised...

The product I received was not at all what was advertised. The ad looked great, but it came in a damaged box and without any accessories. It’s not gift-worthy at all. A complete waste of money. Very disappointing!

Terrible customer service experience

I ordered a wireless voice amplifier and eventually received it, but the instructions were only in Chinese. While I managed to set it up, the sound quality is terrible. I have sent multiple requests about returning it for a refund. Initially, I got an automated response asking for photos and the reason for my request, which I had already provided. This cycle has continued, and I still haven't received any information on how to return the item.

Drone order took too long...

I ordered a drone and waited five weeks for delivery with no success. After contacting them multiple times, I was informed that the item was lost in transit. I suspect they simply sold out. I wouldn't recommend this seller, even though they promised a quick refund. We’ll see.

Incorrect charges on my order!

I ordered one sink stopper for $12.99 but was charged for four on my account. I contacted them immediately to cancel, but they shipped it anyway without responding. Now I have to fight to resolve this. FOLLOW-UP: They did respond and corrected the issue; they credited my account for three stoppers and shipped one. Thank you for resolving it!
