I've bought Longines watches, and they requested to send them a photo of a credit card and a driver's license.
Support is afwaul.
1. In chat, I was writing for 3 days, noone didn't respond ever.
2. It was next-day delivery, and document processing took more than 2 days.
3. In email was the department manager's phone number. No response, no callback, nothing.
Noone giving clear information on what is needed, and it's worst customer service and experience ever!

Instead, I received only a partial refund for the watch I promptly returned, including all tags, bands, and covers. I feel cheated and will not be making any future purchases.

As mentioned elsewhere, their customer support leaves much to be desired. I inquired if the original warranty card came with the watch, and they just sent a link to the warranty page, which was not what I asked. When I followed up, they asked what was unclear. After reiterating my question, they informed me that the card does not come with the watch. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and rude, as if I were a bother. I feel fortunate to have avoided a mistake and informed them I would take my business elsewhere.
There was an issue with the shipper, and the representative was unwilling to assist. He simply stated that after trying to deliver to the wrong address two more times, they would eventually issue a refund minus shipping costs. What a disappointing experience.
