I've been a loyal user of these deodorants but only recently interacted directly with the company. I was truly impressed! When my parcel was lost in transit, their customer support was exceptional—quick to respond, friendly, and they promptly resent my order without any fuss. Such issues can arise, but they managed it exceptionally well. I would certainly order again!

I made a purchase from the website and started receiving spam emails from their mailing list, despite not opting in. I don't need such emails. The company, being a B Corp, should be more aware of GDPR compliance. Automatically signing someone up without consent is illegal. They need to address this issue.
They include fake unsubscribe links in their emails, and customer service doesn't respond. The products are overpriced for what they offer. They seem uninterested in retaining customers through good service, relying solely on impulse buys. Terrible experience—avoid at all costs.

My concern is its low score on the health app—58/100. For the price, it should perform better! I found another deodorant that rated excellent and switched. They should improve! Their response mentioned certification as 100% COSMOS Natural, but my health is the priority. As a cancer survivor, I take these matters seriously.
I've shopped here several times, searching for a deodorant that works well and is eco-friendly. I tried one of their spray deodorants and haven't looked back since. In 1.5 years, I've only bought two 500ml refill bottles after starting with the regular 100ml ones.
I absolutely love the spray deodorants! I bought two for the scents—oud and bergamot & amber, both are delightful. They are eco-friendly with refill options, leave no white marks on my clothes, and my skin doesn't react like it does with other brands. Thank you!
