Hang up on me

This law firm states on their website that they offer a free case evaluation so I called them to find out more. The lady I spoke with cut me off after 1 min and 29 seconds of the call (according to my call history), half way through me answering her question. I tried calling straight back 3 times and no-one picked up. I'll be looking for help elsewhere.

I had an incredibly bad experience

I had an incredibly bad experience. They dragged the process out unnecessarily. They work incredibly slowly if you get a reply to 1 out of 10 questions, consider yourself lucky. They got our Skilled Worker application refused because of a very obvious, amateur mistake. The odd part is that even though I spotted the error, they still submitted the application with it. Please don’t be misled by the five-star reviews here. Also, make sure to read the negative reviews I fell into that.

Painless ILR process thanks to Imad

I'd definitely recommend A Y & J. Imad worked with me on my application for indefinite leave to remain - he took care of the application, guided me through the paperwork to round up, and answered (numerous) questions about requirements and expectations for the process.
