Do not ever buy from this business. Just like others have experienced. The shoes that arrive do not look anything like the website. They come from China and are plastic and so cheap. Not only that I ordered a women's size 6.5/7 and received a size 40. When I tried to return i was told I would have to pay for return to China and offered a 5% discount. When I complained further i was offered a 25% discount. When I complained about the sizing the response was written explaining that it was my fault for ordering incorrect size. After numerous emails back and forth - I have given up. I hope someone reads this and is saved from this SCAM.
The product itself was good quality and matched the description. I did have some confusion around the return process, as international returns can be a bit complicated, but customer service initially tried to help and explain the options. Overall, the product was good and I’d still consider ordering again.
DO NOT BUY. The clothing does not look anything like in the website photos. They are advertised as made of Linen but arrive made of Polyester/ Plastic. Plus they are very ugly and not wearable. The company advertises as being located in Holland but really are located in China. It took 6 emails back and forth until they provided the real return address. "You may return your order at your own cost for a full refund. Please note that we do not provide free return labels, and you will also be responsible for any customs fees if the parcel is held at customs. I bought 1 jacket and 1 pair of shoes the both came together and with the shoes i ordered the wrong size so i contacted the customer support and had a reply within 30min and they sent me a new pair of shoes before the even received the pair that i sent back.
