Frustrating Banking Experience

It would be better to ask if anything ever goes right. There is a complete lack of professionalism, both online and in branches. This bank will only lead to financial losses. When opening an account, staff mislead clients about important deductions, leading to unexpected losses. Online services are ineffective, and clients are repeatedly asked to visit branches without resolution, making it impossible to close accounts quickly.
