Great service, needs more transparency

The service is excellent and fairly priced, with easy access to customer support. However, the entire process should be clearer before the loan is approved. I would have liked a more detailed overview of all the steps involved, especially for co-applicants. My spouse missed signing a document requested later, which led to a week's delay before the support team contacted me. Additionally, the size of the loan caused delays; it would have been simpler if applicants could agree to a lump sum repayment option directly in the system instead of waiting for a confirmation call.
