This was a disappointing experience. I ordered for our adult daughter, and the selection included a few cheap items, such as a boy's fire engine and a men's cookbook. I was so upset to have wasted money and to have sent such embarrassing gifts.
My experience with Santa was fantastic! The sack was lovely, and the gifts inside were amazing—everything I like and of great quality. They truly made my day. I will absolutely use this service again next year. The team running it (the elves, haha) were kind and friendly. Thank you so much for making my Christmas so special!
This was my initial experience with the service. It was a challenging task for two teenagers and a young adult, but you executed it perfectly! The gift selection was excellent and felt genuinely valuable. We opted for the deluxe stockings, which were worth the additional cost!
What an amazing surprise gift experience! The quality of the gifts was wonderful, and the wrapping was top-notch. No cheap plastic waste. All gifts seemed thoughtfully selected based on the information provided about each person. Santa brought gifts for four of us, ranging from 17 to 84.
The Santa sack arrived well in advance of Christmas, so delivery was not a concern. It was nicely packaged. I ordered the adult sack with gifts wrapped for £70. We enjoyed a lovely hour on Christmas afternoon as a couple opening our presents. The sacks offered good value.
