Your email support team was VERY helpful early this morning! However, there was no way to make phone contact yesterday afternoon when I was having trouble with an online order. (Just a phone message saying leave a message, or some such thing.).
After doing loads of research, we went with KATU and are so glad we did. The organic materials make us feel good, and the customer service was top-notch. They even checked in after delivery to make sure everything was perfect. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish!
