Started my career in software testing, I ventured into ETL testing and business intelligence report testing, playing vital roles as both a Business Analyst (BA) and Quality Assurance (QA) professional. My journey led me to positions as a QA Lead and eventually a QA Manager. However, with the shift towards Agile methodologies, the traditional QA Manager role became less relevant.
Recognizing the need for change, I tapped into my lifelong passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring. This realization spurred me to become a certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and Agile Coach. Rediscovering my passion allowed me to reinvent myself and find true fulfillment.
