Seems another driving instructor doesn’t know or wish to follow the rules of the road. Purposefully they went in a right hand turn only lane at a junction, only to barge illicitly into the forward lane. Save your money and learn with a reputable driving school.

Zara explains everything so clearly and gives you the confidence to believe in yourself behind the wheel. One of the driving instructors, Gee - is not reliable, always an excuse, late, caught up in traffic, I don't feel well,l am at the doctors for allergy, family or death in the family, and telling a child to meet him at a different location, aren’t the rules you pick your client at home, work or school depending on on planned, not because you live far, why take the client ? Also rules were never explained about cancellations and had a conversation with him, he was very rude & condesending making out like my child was stupid for cancelling ONCE when he had cancelled many times on her with near to no communication - she said she’s going to get on with her day because she had no responses for 4 hours from Gee and then suddenly he calls and says well ur not getting a refund because you cancelled on me. Paid up front and so many excuses came after, my child never got the lesson £75.00 never paid back. He also claimed that he cannot pick up or drop off my daughter to Northolt, and today I saw another driving instructor from the company actually dropping two boys off to Northolt - if it’s okay for someone, why is it not okay for all?
I passed my Extended practical driving test today under the guidance of husband and wife team Adnan and Sophie. Adnan was my instructor and he has a good habit of reminding you were your faults are, so then I was able to avoid those mistakes in my test, which made me pass with just 3 minor faults. Thank you very much Adnan and I will be sending my daughter to you and Sophie for her driving lessons. Peace and love always guys
My instructor was FARDOS, I have no words to say thank you to her for what she was able to do in three lessons.she is a very calm person and a professional in her field, which is essential for a new driver , I passed my first exam, thanks to her . I was lucky to meet her and she helped me pass my exam successfully,I recommend everyones to take lessons with FARDOS. And thank you Sapphire driving academy
