My name is Georgeta Vornicu and on 14/11/2024 I the cars was involved in a car accident with one of the cars at this school .The instructor was rude, acted unprofessional kicking my car with his foot and avoiding to give me his details and insurance details .I wondering what kind of behaviour is this one, and what that learner present in the car can learn from him about dealing with similar situation .I am very disappointed and hope management will take actions if they want to improve the image of this driving school .
I had an amazing experience with Sapphire Driving Academy! My instructor, Gurpreet, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the lessons. He made learning to drive feel comfortable and stress-free, providing clear guidance every step of the way. Thanks to his expert instruction, I gained the confidence to pass my test with ease. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend using sapphire driving school. I passed first attempt. My instructor sukh was really helpful, calm and hard working with students. She prepared me really well in mock. She is a brilliant driving instructor. Thanks a lot sukh for all your support and hard work.
If I could I would not even give one star. DO NOT RECOMMEND SAPPHIRE SCHOOL OF DRIVING. ESPECIALLY DALJIT- NOT EXPERIENCED NOR PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. SCAMMED INTO PAYING FOR LESSONS AND NEVER ONCE CORRECTED MY FAULTS, when questioned he then told me to book more lessons when I had wasted over a few hundreds already… always late and would not give the extra time despite saying he would. Extremely inexperienced and not a good experience. When complained to owner/“ex examiner” Nadia she did not care nor do anything. Don’t waste your money with this boy/company. In regards to the response below I have received I have spoken to Nadia who is the owner/managment who was not helpful at all! I have videos and messages to proof. I wasted so much money with this guy and then I paid for additional 10 lessons with someone else and passed the same week. This guy was mocking me and wasting my money and time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY..
When I was left with almost no hope that I can achieve my goal, a friend recommended me Sapphire Driving Academy and I want to say a very big thank you to Sapphire driving Academy for helping me fulfil my dream and become a fully qualified driving instructor. There is no words I can describe how amazing the team are! If you looking for ADI/PDI trainers then this is the top right place to look for!!!
Was waiting to cross a road close to a junction. The lady instructor approached slowly but did not give way as she is legally obliged to. She then stopped the car at the junction with no indication and played with her mobile phone on her dashboard for about 30 seconds whilst I had to walk behind and around her car. There was no traffic at the junction causing her to wait and there was only the driver, no passenger or learner driver. I wouldn't want to take lessons from this driver who seems to ignore the highway code.
