Sapphire Water Softeners is a wonderful family run business. We have been using this company for years now ever since we purchased our first water softener. They are so professional, reliable and above all friendly. Of all the services we use as homeowners they are definitely the best. I would highly recommend them.
We had issues with a very old water softener. Chris came round twice to try and repair it but unfortunately it wasn't successful. So, we had a new one installed. Chris spent a lot time with this, was very meticulous in his work and was very fair with the charges.
Chris came not many days after we moved in.We were fortunate enough to have the pipe work already in place but we made the decision to have a drinking tap installed and filter. All done with no fuss and very little mess. 100% from Chris great job thank you very much
I can’t fault the experience we had with Sapphire! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He talked us through the pros and cons of the 2 machines we were considering and personalised his advice to our house. We found this invaluable and it helped us to make an informed decision.When it came to install, as usually Chris was extremely polite and knowledgeable and even came back a few weeks later to add a missing part he’d found in our pipework when installing the softener.I would highly recommend Sapphire if you’re looking for a water softener!

Bulk buying the salt from him means that I can get the best value on the market, and I can get my yearly cartridges in the post when I message him and Mel that I need one. Taking great pride in a reputation for quality installations and personal service, Chris carries out the survey and installations himself, ensuring continuity from start to finish. Mel takes care of the administrative side of the business and is often the first point of contact on the telephone. This customer care continues with a delivery service offering great value on consumable products too.
