Total Scam / Fraud did not refund me a package not delivered

If possible to give them a negative 5 I would, I made a purchase very happy & excited for the cute outfit when they never delivered, or gave me a tracking number till after 90days when I requested a refund & they ignored the issue.. Total scam Company do not purchase anything
