I have a very bad experience. With Saranova. It is a very not serious company. I ordered a dress, the dress came very damaged and a bad dress, and I sent it back, and they deceived me. They did not send me the money back. I am still afraid for half a year now and I am writing specifically so that they send me the money back. This is not serious and bad, the Saranova company, please, people, do not order. There dresses they are scammers. This is bad quality bad service and everything is bad, please do not order anything from them.
I had the absolute best customer service experience! Although I have not received my item yet, it was fantastic working with their representatives. They were responsive, friendly, and answered every question I asked...... Questions were plentiful.
Shipping and delivery is prompt-inexpensive and good quality for those on a budget. There are many special discount offers-with a few exceptions, most of the garments are of good quality, good fabrics and well made. Sometimes sizing can be problematic, for example, separate sizes 12 and 14 would be helpful as many items in the (12-14) selection tend to be closer to size 12. I'm a size 14 and a large or 16 is too big. All in all, a great company for people who want to be fashionable or can afford new clothes on a tight budget!
