I paid £165 to saudisevisa.com / Visits Visa for a Saudi visa application service. More than three weeks later, my application still shows as “in process,” even though I obtained a visa on arrival in Saudi within minutes and for less than half the fee I paid. When I asked for a refund, the only reply I received was a vague promise to update me soon — and then nothing.I also found that the email address on their website does not work, as it bounced back and there’s no valid contact phone number. The only contact that was reachable was the confirmation email after payment, which hasn’t led to any resolution. I even asked at immigration whether they could see a pending application under my passport, and they were not aware of any such application submitted on my behalf.Based on my experience and the lack of transparency or service delivery, this service appears to be fraudulent or at least extremely unreliable. I would strongly caution anyone from using this site and recommend applying directly via the official Saudi eVisa portal instead (MOFA). I will also be taking further legal steps against this fraud company (PSK Tourism LLC (DED License 1241159) and reporting this matter to authorities.
