Kelly is absolutely a class act. shopping for car insurance is a nightmare, by the time I spoke to her, I was probably in a miserable mood and not very nice, sorry. she was extremely knowledgeable, explained the policy in detail,called me back on set day/time. i appreciate her service, patience, and know if I need anything , I can call. give that woman a raise!
They are wonderful and helpful people. They treat customers well. My agent was absolutely amazing. She clarified everything. she made sure I had the best policy to fit my needs, very polite, knowledgeable and quick. She reassured me that she was doing her best and that she would do nothing less than that... and I believe she did it just that!!
The a gent Abby was very kind and patient with me it was a little bit confusing because the first agent I talked to quoted a whole do different numbers 100.00 more so I didn't have enough to get what I was looking for I took something else so I have insurance and agreed to call back to upgrade at a later date when I got the money no fault of Abby's

He was very patient with me help me in getting my insurance quote with in my budget in the least amount of time possible made sure that I was able to get my price that I wanted and gave me even better options too Was very cool in down earth very knowledgeable and helpful even made sure I was able to download my app and sign in to make sure that I had my policy number whenever or wherever I am, he was very much appreciated. Need more customer representatives like him.
