Bought the product, initial use it seemed to really open up the air ways but found it lasts on a short amount of time, 10 minutes maybe. I have found over time it's less effective and the length of time it lasts also seems to diminish. Great idea but I couldn't justify the price for the effect it gives, especially after a few days use where it now seems to do very little even when upping the dose. The taste isn't great but isn't terrible.
I decided not to buy their products precisely because of the way they respond to people! Their sarcastic and unprofessional attitude is very off-putting. I wish you success with your useless product and shitty attitude towards people.
I was disappointed, because my parcel wasn’t delivered. And I couldn’t get in touch. After my last review now, finally I got in touch with somebody looking for my missing parcel. And I was also offered a replacement parcel. When this arrives, I will edit this review again. I think that this is fair.
The second order worth over 100 Euro never arrived, and there were no replies to my emails; I was ignored. The product is good, but the customer service is non-existent. I am looking for a substitute. EDIT - Update: I emailed the parent business in New Zealand as per the reply below, and the UK branch replied via email; they said the package had been found in transit (the courier claimed they tried to deliver it). I have been offered a refund or for the item to be resent. I opted to resend the package. This was a few days ago, so I assume they are waiting for the courier to return the package. The courier was the Royal Mail, the kiss of death for any package; I suspect the package never left the UK and was fraudulently marked as delivered in a UK office, as it would be nearly impossible to retrieve it from Europe if it had ever made it that far. EDIT 2 - Thank you, Savvy Touch. After a second failed attempt to deliver to Germany, I received a full refund. The business is communicative and friendly, and I share their frustrations when shipping to Europe, and it's not just this business. eBay is also a mess when shipping from the UK to Europe. I then placed another order to a UK address as I shall be returning home shortly. The package arrived safely.
People here are expecting this to be the cure-all permanent solution. It works, my only complaint is the flavor but it's worth the ability to breathe easier. I will say I think it affects everyone differently but I've been able to breathe better the past half day after taking it in the morning, while I work in an office where everyone has the flu. This is a great natural remedy to aid and soothe, and man is two drops strong! I can't believe people can take a whole spoon full!
Order and paid for Rocket Fuel - 100ml with dropper on the 15th Match and still haven’t received product on the 15th April and no one from the company has responded. Have just logged a dispute with PayPal now. Sick of it, just want my money back!
