I absolutely love LYMA. I’ve been taking the supplements and they’ve genuinely made me feel so good, more energy, better focus and just an overall sense of wellbeing.

What really impressed me was the concierge team. They took the time to do a proper consultation and created a routine that actually fits around my lifestyle, which made everything feel so personalised and thoughtful.

It’s such an amazing brand with outstanding service. I honestly can’t wait to try the laser and the skincare next, if they’re anything like the supplements, I know I’m going to love them.

Exceptional support and prompt replies to inquiries. I purchased the original device a few years back and was so impressed that I decided to get the upgraded version during the Black Friday sales. I noticed my skin looking brighter and healthier in no time, and I can't imagine being without it.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, quick response to any questions. Bought original Lyma laser a few years ago and loved it so much I bought the Lyma Pro ($2000 off in the Black Friday sales 2025)$7999 AU. I noticed brighter healthier skin quickly and wouldn't want to be without it.

LYMA LOVER!

I have had the Lyma for years and also purchased the Pro. They’re both superb and my skin has improved significantly. I’m 54 and do not get Botox or fillers and it’s how I justify the investment as over time it’s less costly and I find it very relaxing when using it. Customer service ever is stellar…I’m talking to you Sophie ;) If you’re considering a purchase I highly recommend investing in your self care you will not be disappointed with Lyma! I also have the supplement on subscription and I feel amazing! Lisa

Using my Lyma Pro every morning is probably the best habit that I have

I originally purchased the small Lyma laser in order to hold off on surgical interventions until I turned 70. When I saw how effective the small laser was, I bought the Lyma Pro so it would cover more surface area and because it’s more powerful. Now, two years into using the Lyma it has improved the texture, lines and sagging to the point where I will probably not need a facelift ever. I must say that I am very diligent. I use it every single day for around 15 minutes when I wake up, rarely missing a day . So many people have commented on the change in my skin that they have purchased the Lyma themselves. I’m going to start the supplement now to see if that boosts the improvement even more.

Exceptional concierge support – Jennifer was incredible

When my LYMA Laser arrived, the inner packaging had been opened, which understandably made me uneasy. From the very first email, Jennifer from the LYMA Concierge team was patient, kind, and incredibly thorough in helping me decide what to do. She walked me through my options without any pressure, arranged a seamless return when I chose to send the device back, and even monitored the FedEx tracking herself so my replacement could be shipped as quickly as possible. She organized replacement Mist & Glide, helped with the missing welcome materials, and even shared options for a complimentary Zoom consultation so I’d feel confident getting started. I went back and forth a few times (holiday brain + excitement!), and Jennifer never once made me feel like a bother. Her communication was warm, clear, and reassuring throughout. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or scripted, Jennifer truly stands out. I felt looked after, respected, and I am excited to start using my device.

No response from Lyman customer service

I have sent 6 emails to Lyma over several days; 5 from my email and 1 from my husbands with no response. My battery is not charging fully and not holding the charge and I have owned it less than 3 months with daily use. I am loving the results but fear my device is faulty, etc and I cannot get a response from Lyma customer service. This is very distressing.Jeannie
