I bought 10 juices on December 27, 2027. I never received any package. The shipping tracking shared by Medpak confirms that it was returned to the sender and that I never received anything. They refuse to refund me. Scam. I’ve already opened several disputes. I hope the company gets reported as scammers. Stay away.
I would like to know why this company uses MRW knowing they have the absolute worst reputation in delivery. 1.1 out of 7k on trustpilot. Wasnt given a chance to chose a delivery company if I did I would not have chosen MRW. What this means for medpak is that I will never order from them again since they dont use reliable partners. I have followed my wife request and placed an order online on medpak.shop for total of £33.48 on 29/06/2025. After 10 days realised there was no update, no ETA no parcel either. Tried to find ANY customer service contact - non exists. The only phone nr is constantly blocked with auto response: "this number does not accept incoming calls"(??!). my card was charged full amount on the order date instantly - why I'm not surprised? I tried to send email asking about my order. They basically took the money and that is it. Update 07/07/2025: Medpak.shop has responded to my email and provided tracking information- parcel is in transit, already in destination country.Update 08/07/2025: I have received the parcel today - items as described.
