Fantastic company, service exceptional and a warm welcome when you collect. Not had chance to try the goodies yet but i doubt they will be anything but great. Received my order which was well packaged. Impressed with boxes and checked all items and not one broken. As these are for Christmas presents I am sure they will be greatly received and enjoyed.Customer service is brilliant as I made an error with my address but a quick email rectified this and my order was delivered on time as notified by the team. Thanks as I was a bit worried. Definitely recommend

This place has been a fabulous find and provided several Christmas presents for us, so we would have no hesitation in recommending them.It was extremely easy to order and the items were delivered within a couple of days.Everything was well packaged, so that there were no breakages and the feedback we have received from the people that received the gifts was full of praise for how tasty the products were. I ordered 2 shortbread taster boxes to give as Christmas presents also ordered a wonky box and we have not been disappointed with the contents they have been utterly delicious I loved the rhubarb shortbread.parcel arrived extremely well packaged and quick delivery from order to dispatch i would recommend Sawley Kitchen if you are looking for a thoughtful tasty gift or if you want to have a tasty treat with a hot drink I can see me ordering from here again
Ordered 4 boxes for Christmas presents, they arrived promptly, packaged perfectly & the customer service was exemplary, I had forgotten to add the discount code when ordering, phoned & it was sorted immediately that is excellent service, can’t comment on the taste as Christmas presents but I’m sure they are all delicious, Definitely buy from Sawley kitchen in the future .
