I ordered two boxes of the Mothers Day Shortbreads and they were sent out. Somewhere along the way the boxes went missing with Royal Mail. I contacted Sawley Kitchen explaining that I had not received my order and was worried as they were gifts. The owner looked into the missing order and sent out two further boxes that same day free of charge so I had them for today. Not only did he deal with my enquiry within two hours of submitting it he replied to me to let me know what he was doing. First class customer service. Onto the shortbread my mum opened hers today and was more thrilled with the shortbread than the flowers and other gift I had bought her, I had also bought her sister a box too and she was thrilled too. The choice of flavours in the box were unreal they were packaged so nice with gift cards with them. I would not hessitate in recommending Sawley Kitchen to anyone and will be ordering from them again.

Just received my shortbread taster pack and not only are the biscuits beautifully wrapped and presented but also the packaging. Just had my first packet of biscuits and they are so delicious.Would highly recommend without hesitation.

Shortbread was beautifully packaged and looked exactly like the website. It was a gift and the recipient loved it and said they were delicious :) I ordered the taster pack with different flavours and the variety looked great and all arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

Having tried the delicious shortbread myself, I ordered the taster gift box for my Aunt for her birthday. The ordering process was easy and delivery was as quoted (it arrived on her birthday). She was thrilled with the selection of flavours in the box. I'm sure I will be ordering from Sawley Kitchen for gifts again.
