The elbow sleeves I bought were very disappointing, especially given the warranty. I invested a significant amount in what turned out to be a low-quality product. Shortly after the warranty expired, the seams started to unravel. When I contacted the support team and shared photos of the damage, they simply replied that they couldn't assist since I was out of warranty. I mentioned it was only a month past the expiration, but they were unhelpful. Now, at the gym, my powerlifting friends ask about the sleeves, and I can only show them how quickly they deteriorate and how poor the warranty is. I receive frequent promotional emails from the company, and I respond by expressing my dissatisfaction with my purchases and how relieved I am that my money isn't going to them anymore. For instance, I bought a lever belt from another seller that is of fantastic quality and cost half as much, and I am extremely satisfied.
The elbow sleeves I bought were a huge disappointment, particularly regarding the warranty. I spent a lot on what turned out to be a subpar product. Just after the warranty expired, the seams started coming apart. When I reached out to the support team and sent them pictures of the damaged sleeves, they responded that they couldn't help since I was out of warranty. I pointed out it was only a month past the expiration, but they were unresponsive. Now, at the gym, my powerlifting friends ask about the sleeves, and I can only demonstrate how quickly they fall apart and how inadequate the warranty is. The company sends me frequent emails about their offers, and I reply expressing my frustration with my past purchases and how glad I am that my money isn't going to them anymore. For example, I purchased a lever belt from a different seller that is of excellent quality for half the price, and I am very pleased.
I finally received my strimmer back, but it took much longer than expected. The machine was sent fully assembled, yet it returned with the strimmer guard and handle taken apart. Additionally, there was a missing bolt from the handle assembly. I had been eager to use it and am frustrated by the delay in getting it back, only to find it in this condition. This is unacceptable service. Why should I have to reassemble it? It was already assembled when I bought it.
I have sent multiple emails with photos of my table saw that I bought in March 2021. This was returned due to a recall. I wouldn't have sent it back otherwise, considering it was nearly new, having only been used twice. It was returned to me in a terrible state, with the packaging damaged and the actual saw harmed. I wish I could share pictures. Could someone please get in touch? Based on previous reviews, it seems customer service is nonexistent.
I was instructed to contact them, but they just keep sending me emails directing me back to the company that told me to reach out. It feels like a tactic to avoid helping the customer, as I am being passed around without resolution. They don't answer their phones; when I call, it rings indefinitely or just disconnects. I have yet to get in touch with anyone.
I recently bought a multisander from a retailer, but there were no sanding sheets available, and the universal fit ones do not work. Since the retailer couldn't provide a timeline for new stock, I turned to online options, but that was also unsuccessful. I emailed the company, and the response was an automated message stating they are busy and will get back to me ASAP. That was six days ago, and I still can't use the item. Thank you for nothing.
The customer service has been shocking. I've been trying to get broken parts fixed or replaced under warranty for a month now. No one replies to my emails, and when I called customer service, I was transferred to a line that never answers. When I confronted the representative, she told me to email the address that hasn't responded to me yet! Then she hung up. How can they treat customers this way?
The company does not stand by its products. The knee sleeves are very costly, and even with proper care, they do not hold up. We previously purchased knee sleeves without issue, but the second pair appears defective, and the company is blaming the consumer for improper care. I am very disappointed in how they treat a customer who has spent over $1000 on their products. The company should treat customers fairly to encourage repeat purchases. After speaking with a representative, it seems that the dissatisfaction of a loyal customer doesn't matter to them.
