Even though the scam detector was incorrect about my website at the time of reporting, they quickly responded after I contacted them and gave them some info.Due to a lot of information being stolen from my website early in its creation, using copy protection on my website did not allow the relevant parties to give me an accurate score. Thank you, scam-detector, for revisiting my website and correcting my previous score.
I was made aware that my company had a low trustworthy score and in order to raise my score I needed to send in proof that my company was very trustworthy. After a couple days I was notified again that scam detectors found my company very trustworthy and gave me a score of 85 but would bump it up to 100 once I leave a review. So here I am, leaving a review so my company can actually get the rating it deserves.
I was checking a company called warwerget.com.scam-detector.com rates them at 77.6% but one of the first things shown stated domain set up on 1st January 1970 which seemed very odd to me. I tried checking elsewhere and found they are less than 4 months old. People will rely on scam detectors to make purchases and in my opinion a company that is many years old and has a 77% trust rating should be pretty legit, whereas a company less than 4 months old, how can anyone know just how legit they are. Given a domain over 50 year old when the company is really less than 4 months old leads me to believe that warwerget is not legit, but also that scam-detector is certainly not reliable for checking trustworthiness of anyone.
