I ordered from the site

I ordered from the site. Never got a receipt or order number in my email. Got charged on my card. Reached out to support and sent them all the info I have in regards to the order and they haven’t responded. Thinking Scentora is scamming. Very disappointed. 100 dollars down the drain.

Avoid at all costs - cheap scents, zero service, and a shady "refund" trap

I picked up several fragrances from scentora-fragrance.com and every single one opens with the same harsh, medicinal blast that smells like mentholated cough rub. It eventually fades, but by then the scent is thin and synthetic. For the price they charge, this is bargain-basement quality masquerading as “luxury.”When I reached out to customer support about the issue, I was met with silence. Multiple emails, no reply, no acknowledgment—nothing. A company that won’t even respond when something’s wrong doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.Worse, their so-called “Satisfaction Guarantee” is just marketing fluff. Returns are store-credit only—they refuse to put the money back on your card. You get just 20 days to send the bottle back, it has to be 96 % full, and you have to pay the return shipping yourself. If you’re outside the U.S., you can’t return it at all. That’s not customer-friendly; it’s a maze designed so you give up and keep the junk. Zero stars if I could. Skip Scentora and save yourself the headache.
