I feel fortunate to have left this situation behind. I dedicated my skills and time only to be let down by the team, particularly by two individuals who acted unprofessionally. This resulted in a distressing experience where I was left without shelter for over 48 hours, and my belongings were taken from me.
Despite having no prior experience, I was given the chance to develop in my role. This company genuinely offers opportunities for those willing to learn and work hard. My coworkers are supportive and friendly, which greatly enhances the work environment. I truly enjoy my time here.
I was placed in employer-arranged housing and unfortunately faced an assault from another resident, requiring medical attention. Following this incident, I felt unsafe and was threatened further, left without safe accommodations or access to my belongings for over 24 hours. Some personal items were later found damaged or missing. I reported everything promptly, expecting support and a quick relocation, but instead faced a lack of urgency and care from the management. I'm sharing this to highlight the seriousness of the situation, hoping to prevent similar experiences for others.
I had a very negative experience with this agency in the Netherlands. After arriving, we worked only one day under difficult conditions and requested a change to another job. Instead, our contracts were abruptly terminated, and we were sent home within two days. The response from the management was disrespectful and dismissive. After working with the agency for five months, I received an unexpected email claiming I owed money without any explanation. My attempts to reach out for clarification have gone unanswered. I cannot recommend this agency.
This agency has been misleading and does not honor agreements. It’s crucial to document every deal made with them, as they often make excuses and show a lack of accountability. If you push for them to honor a deal, they may retaliate, making your experience very unpleasant.
