Turns out getting a Visa to do a semester abroad has many hoops to jump through, one if which is getting a flight reservation and travel insurance. These guys got what we needed within 24 hours. Don't even try the phone number, but they are very responsive to email.

Good experience

The itinerary was very clear and made as per my request. I requested a multicity itinerary and this is the cheapest rate I found for a multicity itinerary with unlimited changes allowed. Once I requested I got the document within 12 hours. The embassy accepted the itinerary and visa was issued in three days.
