Review Time
Sent me the wrong bike. Its similar but not the one i payed for. Repeat emailing resulted in nothing. After 1000 miles the exhaust broke from absolutely nothing of my doing beside just riding. After trying to get a replacement, they made the conclusion that it had an impact. Simply didnt happen but I guess they can decide that from a few pictures. After weeks of back and forth emails. I finally got my hands on one from them which cost me £315 which is over prices has hell for this cheap piece of shit bike. Just to make it worse it took 4 months to be delivered and the invoice that came with it was just a blank piece of paper with there logo on it. Even after all that the new "improved" one broke after even less miles and now im down so much money for absolutely no reason beside Direct Bikes being completely pathetic.

Each of those circle in the picture are mud and dirt. Beside the scratch on the far left side, that screenshot is taken from a video which was taken after the side bracket had snapped and it hit the floor. To be clear, I have had no accidents, i havent dropped it and i havent even hit it of something. The invoice i was meant to receive, i was specifically told that an invoice would be provied inside the parcel. So of course im going to assume that the bank piece of paper is just that. If you would like proof of this please email me. Also my exhaust was fitted by a motocycle garage near me. My "abusive" message wasn't abusive at all. All I said which could be considered that is "This is bull shit and I want my money back"
I had a disappointing experience purchasing a scooter from this seller. He claimed it had been recently serviced, but shortly after the purchase, it broke down. A trustworthy bike shop informed me that it needed a full service and new parts. When I confronted him, he denied ever selling it to me. I do not recommend this seller.
I recently acquired a ninja moped from the company. The team has been fantastic throughout the purchase - they were available via email and responded promptly to all my inquiries. The moped itself is wonderful - easy to navigate - perfect for me. I'm very pleased with it.
