I placed my order on October 29th. After over a month all I was getting from the company was a tracking # which told me my order was with the shipper, nothing further. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. Fortunately I ordered through PayPal and got a speedy refund. DO NOT order from this company!! I've learned my lesson - from now on I will check all reviews before placing an order with an unknown company online!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Think of the worst-case scenario: what I ordered versus what I received. They claim their store is based in the U.S., but it's just another low-quality seller. I regret not researching more before placing my order.
I wish I could give them negative stars! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT engage with this service. Believe every negative review you see here and elsewhere. To sum up my experience: My order took weeks to arrive; the XL shirts were more like mediums; their return process is nearly impossible, and I ended up with only a 35% refund. I donated the poor-quality shirts, hoping someone can use them.
This service has taken the name of a trustworthy company. The original brand is reliable and reputable. Unfortunately, a scam site has hijacked their name to sell low-quality products that have nothing to do with the real brand. I highly recommend checking out the legitimate company instead. Please, do not order from this misleading service!
This service is a scam. I eventually received the two polo items I ordered, but they were unwearable and of poor quality. I contacted them for a refund, as promised by their guarantee. My first email went unanswered, and subsequent emails led to frustrating negotiations. Their return policy required shipping back to Asia at high costs, and after many emails, I accepted a 50% refund with no need for return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE!
If I could give this service a ZERO rating, I would. Avoid purchasing anything from them. The material of their dresses is flimsy, and the sizing is completely off. A large fits more like a small. They refused returns and would only reimburse if I shipped it back at my own expense. This service is a scam!
The advertised Smart Casual Polo shirt looked great. The reality was quite different. The material was acceptable but not impressive. The sizing was way off. I ordered a large but received something closer to a medium. After contacting the service for a refund, I faced endless back and forth and eventually opted to order an XL for $12.50. When it arrived, the sizing was still incorrect. I gave up. Avoid ordering from them!
I encountered every problem described in the reviews. I gave up trying to resolve things with the service. I contacted my bank, provided all the details, and they credited me back. I have no doubt my money will be returned. I recommend everyone reach out to their banks for help against this scam.
