I lost a key in the vest

I lost a key in the vest. I could find no way to remove other than cutting a slit in jacket. ScotteVest was not interested in resolving. Very disappointed.

The vest is nice

The vest is nice, however customer service is disappointing. I ordered a few items but had to return some. I had a coupon but was only reimbursed for the discounted prices and charged full price for the vest i kept, even though the coupon read that i should of been given a discount. When i questioned why i was charged full price, the company responded that the item i kept was not included in the discount, however the coupon never read that it was not included. Even though the vest i kept is nice, i will never purchase from this company again because of failed integrity...

Retirement Gift

Our sister and her husband retired this year and planned to travel. Purses are a nuisance when traveling, and we came up with the idea of many-pocketed coats. They LOVE them!!! I bought the rain coat for me, but because I am extremely short, the coat looked silly. If I altered it, I would lose some of the pockets, so I returned mine. But, I am keeping an eye on the web site for one that better suits my needs.
