Nice products (keeping all of my order) but Slow shipping. Ordered Saturday, did not receive until following Thursday. Lack of free return shipping is a concern... Limited what I was willing to order because I didn't want to have to deal with return shipping expense if there was a size issue or if I didn't like something.
I have the lightweight vest which is very comfortable. However, i put my keys to a rental car in one of the pockets and it ended up in the lining of the vest. It took me 2 hours to get the keys out. I still do not know how they got there. I think there are too many pockets in this vest.
It finally happened..... My husband has several products and I had said I wouldn't buy unless I could get into a specific size. I ordered that size and it was a bit too big so returned for a smaller size. There was a delay in shipping. How do I know this? AWESOME customer service.... I tried in the pants.... So glad I'm now part of the Scottevest revolution! Love the comfort, love the style, love the quality! Thinking about the Margaux cargo now 😀
I bought a jacket and the size was too large and I called to see if I could return and exchange for a smaller size. I was told that since it was purchased as a discount offer it could not be exchanged. Be careful when you order an item from them that is on sale. This policy makes no sense for on-line ordering as there is guess work when you select a size. I will probably never order an item from them again!
