IT WAS FANTASTIC. I may never carry a purse again except for dress-up occasions. I admit it will take some concentration to learn where all the pockets are and for what they are - and what I actually put in them - but that's small change compared to the ease and comfort. The price was a little spendy for my wallet, but believe me, it is so worth it, both in intrinsic value (construction is marvelous) and convenience, and I would spend the money again without a thought to get the vest. In fact, as soon as my wallet recovers I intend to do exactly that and buy a warm winter one for the cold months and a (hopeful!) trip to Germany in December. As if things needed to be made better, the Customer Service department is incredible. There was a mix-up about the color I wanted and the wrong color was shipped - don't know whose fault it was (gremlins?) but the CS department jumped right in and with their help I returned the wrong one and got the right one only a very few days after fthe original delivery date. All in all, this experience has terrified me - I mean, how often have we purchased things and had an almost perfect experience with a good product and a caring company and a great staff? I'm afraid I'll get used to it and start expecting Evest's five star experience everywhere I go!
Very saddened when my front zipper probably wore out to so much use - called customer service and emailed picture of damaged zipper - within minutes received the awesome news vest would be replaced - now happily wearing the replacement!!!!
Best customer service, caring people and an incredible product. This is what makes a company truly great. The hoodie I purchased is next level. It has so many pockets and cool features. I can’t say enough good things about it. I called into Customerservice. They went over and above to make things right I highly recommend doing business with them.

I ordered the LITE vest based upon their sizing guide. When it arrived the fit was extremely poor. The waist size was 10"+ larger than my waist. The chest was probably 4" larger. It looks like I'm wearing a bin bag. The model photos show a snug fit and clearly do not have pockets with any items in them - very misleading. They do not publish the actual garment sizes.I contacted support they were TL;DR "Sorry you don't like the fit but that's our how we size them to allow for items in the pockets" and offered a return at my expense. If I had items int he pockets with it being so ill fitting it would be very annoying to wear as it would be flapping about.I contacted to confirm if duty is to be paid, they said no but the answer is most definitely yes. Given the number of returns they would have known this. I live in the UK so shipping and duty raised the original price by 1/3. By the time I send it back with shipping and more duty to be paid (more so than the original amount) there is no benefit.From reading other reviews here they have a history of claiming a problem with the return and therefore not paying anyway. Avoid at all costs.I left a similar review on their website but it was removed - do not trust their reviews.
I purchased the vest in Jan 2025, between Jan-April 2025 I wore it a total of 5 times. In May 2025, I started wearing it 5 days per week from my home to the office. In October 2025, I noticed tears on the back of the vest near the stitching, I have no clue when the tears first appeared. When I noticed it, the vest had been worn for approximately 100 days, over a 5 month period. I inspected the vest further and found small tears on the collar (I'm patiently waiting on the tears to show up there next). However this morning, November 5, 2025, I now see a tear near the right armpit and the only reason this was discovered is because I attached the detachable sleeves. The tear again is near the stitching. This fabric that is being used is trash and Scottevest should be refunding money because the product has material defects and this company has been made aware it seems. Maybe a class action lawsuit is in order. Especially since the only remedy they seem to offer is an apology and a claim that this is normal wear and tear, which is BS! I find it hilarious that they offer a discount code for a future purchase - why would anyone buy another inferior product from this brand. The price point is too expensive to offer this trash.
