‘Was originally very disappointed that the item I requested was on back order. When it arrived it was defective. Working with their Customer Service Department was the best part of the transaction! There was no hassle or argument - such a delight nowadays. Scout and Nimble responded immediately after realizing the problem couldn’t be resolved over the phone. I received a replacement table within just a couple of days. Life happens … when a company stands by their word and product it makes your day.
