Review Time
We placed our order on December 12, but it only arrived on January 9, despite the site stating a delivery time of 2-3 days. This is misleading advertising. We wouldn’t have minded the wait if we had been informed earlier, but when we reached out to their support, we only received generic replies with unhelpful links. The product itself is decent, we ordered a foldable laundry hamper for a reasonable price. It was easy to assemble, though it doesn’t seem very sturdy. I probably won’t shop here again until they resolve the delivery times.
Before asking for a review, ensure the product is delivered first. Update: After contacting support, the product was delivered within the expected timeframe, and their follow-up after my initial complaints was satisfactory. My rating improved from 1 to 5.
I paid for my order on December 9, and as of December 19, it still hasn’t moved. They haven’t refunded my money either, stating I need to wait. The website indicates a delivery time of 1-2 days, but it’s been 10 days with no updates, and they refuse to return my money.
