Always a great shopping experience. I've ordered from scrapbook.com multiple times with no issues whatsoever. Their products are amazing and their international shipping costs are very reasonable compared to other crafting companies.
I am being asked to confirm receipt of the die cutting machine and to provide a review. I have received it, but I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, so I can't comment on its performance. However, I did open the box, and all components were included, along with the additional items sent with the order. Everything appears to be in good condition and well-packaged. It arrived punctually, and I appreciate its compact size. I'm excited to start using it.
I received exactly what I ordered, and the shopping experience was quite enjoyable. I was selecting items for my wife. Although I'm not very crafty, the platform consistently provided me with little free items that made filling my wife's stocking much simpler.
