Very stupid Casino. I made a deposit of 500 SEK and authomatically received 500 SEK bonus without even asking for it. I played and played and won something but I could only withdraw the 500 SEK I deposited! It said all the time "99.9%" left, I played and played and it said "99.7%" left. "99.6% left until you can get your bonus! I don't want your bonus! The money I won was counted on the bonus money???? I don't need the headache! Folk this casino is not worth it! I blocked myself permanently! Let's go somewhere else!
I have now tried for days to withdraw money from this scammy site. I remember Vera&John for being a casino with good customer service, but these days they are just ignorant and don't give a damn about their customers.I have a problem typing in the bank information. Every time it won't let me type in the information to get the withdrawal through. Customer service are just saying the problem is not at their end, but it has to be.I write in the same information at other casinos with absolutely no problems what so ever.So be warned! These people have no intention paying winning customers.

hello everyone, if you play vera&john, I want to warn you about fraudulent behavior, when they don't pay out money and don't communicate with you at all without you breaking their rules. I'll give you an example... I requested a withdrawal on 11/06/2024. It happened twice they returned to the game as unpaid and when I wrote to them by email I did not receive any reply. They have a blocked chat, and you can't even send an email from the help page.. Wrote I have contacted them every day until today and I have not received any answer. I don't think about the money anymore, I don't want it. But I want to warn everyone not to play VJ, you will be robbed. This is no longer a casino where they pay out winnings quickly. If you can, spread this message so that no one else comes across it
Worst swedish casino out there. I deposited 100 kr and got to play with 200 free spins. I played abit and decided to get rid of the bonus and take out the money. More than 12 hours later and still nothing.When i tried to login, it said i got ”blocked” and should contact support.Contacted chat and got told they need to come back to me by email.Matilda had no answer for me and acted like a bot.Probably got insulted and cried about it aswell.Lucky it was only 100 kr.Dont spend time on this shi*ty casino. :)
