Shipping is Horrible

Horrible. This is like the 4th time this company has messed up our order. I have updated the shipping address multiple times in my account, and they continue to ship packages without our suite number, which delays the shipment as it gets sent back to them and then has to be sent back out to us. We will be taking our business elsewhere, as this is just ridiculous. We ordered on 10/16/25, and it is now 10/29/25 by the way.

Returns:There needs to be a better way to get a return without having to pay for shipping, also there needs to be something done better with returns on embroidered items not being able to do a return is unacceptable.
