Caution: The products offered are of low quality, counterfeit, and poorly made. One of the items I bought was supposed to resemble a well-known brand in design. However, the craftsmanship, design, and lack of essential stitching were extremely disappointing. It was immediately discarded.
Shipping took a little longer this time due to issues with postal services, but the support team was outstanding ✨🙌. They responded quickly, were very polite, and even helped track my parcel. The dress is stunning, made from great material, and looks just like the photos.
I placed my first order on December 2nd for delivery to the UK. The website advertised international shipping as free in several locations, but I was charged for it. The shipping status wasn't updated until the 3rd, and even then, there was no change: my order hadn't been dispatched. By the 8th, it still hadn't shipped. I'm starting to doubt that it will arrive in time for Christmas, as indicated during checkout. I'm worried this will end up being another lost package.

This is a fraudulent company. They lure you in with misleading images, and your package never arrives. I strongly advise staying away. I have never felt this way about a company before, but their lack of human decency is appalling. They deserve severe consequences for their actions against customers.
