Delayed product just to be "missing" in the end. and support is missingtotally a scam

I bought the product on december it was expected to be released around half year later. then they delayed the release to the end of the year. (i tried to contact their support several times all over the year and they never answered) and today when i check my delivery it said it was delivered 2 hours ago but it wasnt. no one came, i searched all over the place and there is nothing so the product is missing and i cant contact support because they dont answer.

Scam alert – Avoid SCRY and the Artic Pro Cooler

I pre-ordered an Artic Pro Cooler from their website. One month later: no product, no update, no tracking. I contacted them via their website form — no response.So I started digging and found their Kickstarter page… The comments section is flooded with people reporting no delivery, no communication, and zero support. That’s when I realized something was seriously wrong.I requested a refund (thankfully I paid via PayPal). Then I noticed their PayPal contact email was support at crossfeet.se — which turns out to be a Swedish sportswear site completely unrelated to SCRY or the product. That confirmed it: this is a scam.If you're hesitating — don’t. This company is trying to rip people off. Avoid at all costs.
