⭐☆☆☆☆ I strongly recommend reconsidering before using this service. After repairs to my vehicle following an accident, a loss adjuster inspected the work and confirmed it was incomplete. Additionally, the vehicle was returned without proper validation or quality control. There was paint dust throughout the interior, and the overall workmanship was subpar. The vehicle should not have been signed off or returned in such a state. Based on my experience, the work was not completed to an acceptable or professional level, making the vehicle unfit for return without further repairs.
This place is unacceptable. The staff are very rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here for repairs. My car was sent in through my insurance, and when I picked it up at night, I couldn't see anything in the dark. The next morning, I noticed several marks and scratches on the bumper where the impact had occurred. They had promised to repaint the entire bumper, but that clearly wasn’t done. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this service—they are unprofessional and do not fulfill their commitments.
Exceptional workmanship and first-class service. After damaging my wife's cherished vehicle, I immediately took it for repair. The staff were friendly and efficient from beginning to end. The repair is flawless and as good as new. They even exceeded expectations by cleaning the car thoroughly. It was in better condition than when we first bought it. Highly recommend this service.
If you've had serious repair work done here, I would strongly advise having it checked elsewhere. I was unfortunately rear-ended, and my insurance sent my car for repairs. Upon collection, I noticed a dent caused by their workshop and some panel gaps that weren’t there before the accident. I received a drivetrain error message shortly after driving home. They claimed the error was unrelated to the accident, but further inspections revealed poor workmanship, including major safety hazards. I am particularly upset because this negligence could have endangered my family. I suspect this may be a common issue with this service.
