I had the same experience. The bras I recieved were not acceptable, supportive or minimizing. The same day I received them I tried to start the return process. They initially offered me a 50% coupon to be used on their site. They increased this to 70%. What a scam! Why is this an acceptable option? I trusted that I was spending money with a legitimate company. I was wrong. The product was unsatisfactory. Providing a coupon to purchase another inferior product from this unethical company in unacceptable. These kinds of companies are why regulations are needed. They have no integrity, no values, no business sense. They clearly are a flash-in-the-pan company that will not survive, but they don't care. They are counting on customers who trust these companies. They spend minimal amounts on marketing, pay people to promote their products, and take advantage of people with integrity. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
Same experience as the others....only offer is for 70% off even though their website says they have a money back guarantee. I got 3 identical bras, one in black and two in nude. The nude ones are not remotely like the black one. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!
I ordered two bras from this company and made sure to meticulously take my measurements before ordering. The bras did arrive, but we'e the most uncomfortable things I have ever worn in my life. I reached out to the company to start a return and after several emails back and forth they would only offer me a 70% discount on a future purchase. So the only way to make these terrible bras right was to spend more money at the company.
I don’t have anything good to say about this company at all. If I could give them zero stars I would. I guess this is what I get for buying into the fake hype on instagram. I bought two minimized bras and one pair of pants, first off it took almost a month for my package to arrive, second when it did come it came in very cheap packaging and the address was a Chinese factory, third when I opened it the items reeked of chemicals, tried them on and they all fit horribly. The pants that I had ordered were white and they were literally see through. After all the let downs I try to return the items and ask for a full refund, I’ve been going back and forth with someone named James since Jan 17. They won’t give me a refund for some unknown reason but are offering 70% off all future purchases. This is a scam company. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars on this place.
