Really great experience recovering two very damaged external hard drives. Extremely quick to respond to my queries and also to complete the job. 12/10 customer service from Mark who answered all my questions and concerns with so much patience and kindness! Really appreciated the clear and fast communication. Most importantly, they were able to get back all my data on one drive and nearly all my data on the other drive (which was expected given it was quite damaged). I found this company on Google and decided to give it a try. My hard drive had been dead for 10 years — I could still plug it in, but no files would show up. Secure Data managed to recover my photos and some very dear memories! It's not cheap, but then again, how much are your memories and important files really worth?
