I was completely misled by a sales representative. I was promised that the monthly fees would be waived, but that turned out to be a total lie. I ended up being charged nearly $100 every month. When I attempted to contact the representative, he didn't respond to my calls or emails. Eventually, I found out he no longer works for the company. It seems he might have been let go due to his dishonesty. The company refused to honor the promises made to me, so I decided to cancel my service. I wouldn't recommend trusting this company or its employees.
