Scam!!! They charged me the second time for a vignette at the beginning of the next month. Who on earth will make a monthly subscription for 10 days vignette? They only refunded one of two vignettes that I did not want to buy

Yes, I managed to get a refund for the unauthorized charge. The website’s support even replied in a rather arrogant way, saying, “We will refund your payment as a gesture of goodwill.”

I went to Austria on holidays with rental car. While driving my daughter bought vignette with my phone. It went easy. Though I was again debited next month !!! I don’t understand why. Then only I undestood it is a subcription scam from this company!!!! I blocked my credit card, I only then was able to understand she did not find the official shop but a scam company trying to get monthly subcribtion from clients.
Service works well, but they will sign you up for monthly payments for their product you buy. It is not mentioned in the purchase flow, and you will find out about it next month when money will be taken from your account.
This is a scam, I bought a 10 day vignette to drive in Austria on a single trip. And now they keep deducting €12.8 from my card.
Of course they don't write on the frontpage that they keep deducting money from your card.
Who wants to buy a 10 day vignette every month? If you need to drive in Austria every month, you can probably find a cheaper solution
